Cecil Brim

Versatile Diversity and Leadership Trainer, Speaker and Consultant

Cecil Brim is an experienced trainer and facilitator. He conducts staff and management training in leadership, innovation, team building, the prevention of harassment, effective utilization of diversity and other aspects of organizational development. He also provides retreat facilitation and is a highly sought-after public speaker.

Cecil has conducted training sessions for thousands of individuals nationwide in organizations from small associations to major multi-national corporations. His area of specialization is in helping diverse groups understand and reduce the sources of tension, confusion and misunderstandings.

Having received his Masters degree from Antioch University in Whole Systems Design, Cecil blends his varied backgrounds to create dynamic presentations for a pleasurable and fun learning experience.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, the honors graduate of Atlanta's prestigious Morehouse College worked in the marketing departments of two Fortune 50 corporations for over 20 years with new technology products. He also served as a Leadership Coach for an international training corporation and as a hobby, performed comedy with a Los Angeles production company.

Cecil distinguished himself on many fronts such as acting as Co-Chair for the Xerox National African American Employees Silver Anniversary Confrence and serving on a variety of community advisory boards. He led the Los Angeles Morehouse alumni to "National Chapter of the Year" in 1990.

His recent clients include: The Boeing Company, Deloitte & Touche, Seattle Habitat for Humanity, The Seattle Times, Tacoma Housing Authority, US Department of Education, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Washington Mutual Bank.
